Arma 3 auto mod download on server join

I play with 6 other guys and i'm the mission creator and server host of the group. ARMA 3 is still unfinished so we have to heavily mod it to make it's content compare to ARMA 2. we're always finding new mods to make the game better but it gets ridiculous trying to get all 7 players to download and properly install around 20+ mods.
